
Upon completion of this Wild & Scenic Study by the Study Committee, the National Park Service reviews the process that the Study Committee undertook and assesses the environmental impact of various scenarios for designation based on the Study, including no designation, partial designation and full designation. Basically a historical document, it includes evidence of community support for designation as well the work of the Study Committee to establish the existence of the required Outstandingly Remarkable Values
